O – Order

R – Responsibility

Serving with Responsibility

2. Be accountable to God, leaders, team members, and oneself.
3. Be dependable and reliable.

D – Diligence

“Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not unto men.”

E – Efficiency

“Well done, good and faithful servant… you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things.”

The Grace of Efficiency

1. Use resources wisely and effectively.
2. Streamline processes and eliminate waste.
3. Measure effectiveness and make adjustments.

Impact: Efficiency allows us to do more with less, making the best use of time, talent, and treasure.

R – Righteousness
